Yung Gourd is a new Portuguese artist based on the new upcoming “emo rap” scene, talking about his life stories, and everyday struggles that most people can relate to. He started having his passion when he moved to the UK in 2015 where he started getting influenced by artists such as Lil peep, Lil Skies, Juice Wrld,… and some bands such as Sex Pistols, System of a down and nirvana.

His main goal in music is to get his music to reach out as many people as he can and grow a fan base that can relate to his lyrics and daily problems as he feels as if these little problems we all face every day aren’t talked about as much as they should, and through his music, he would be able to help people who have the same issues as him.
